Do you have other giftbox options?


All of our gifts are packaged in our signature emma jo & co. ivory gift box and packaged with ivory tissue + either kraft or ivory crinkle paper. If you are looking for something different in terms of packaging, or you'd like to hear more about incorporating your company brand in your gift, please get in touch via our contact tab or reaching out to helloemmajoco@gmail.com... we want to hear all about your idea!













Shipping

Do you ship internationally?


Sadly, no. We are based in Holland, Michigan and cannot ship out of the country just yet :)




How long will it take for my gift to ship?


Gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.




How does shipping work?


All gifts are shipped from West Michigan via USPS. Gifts usually arrive to destinations in the mid-Atlantic within one business day, the Northeast and Southeast in two business days, the midwest in three business days, the Rocky Mountains in four business days and to California and the Pacific Northwest in five business days. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and that USPS does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a gift to arrive on a specific day, we recommend using Express or Priority shipping.




Do you offer returns and exchanges?


We are oh-so-careful to ensure your gift arrives to you looking beautiful and do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any suggestions for how we can serve you better, let us know!
